Pink Ink Designs Stamp - That Old Chestnut fungi

That Old Chestnut A6 stamp is part of the Wee Folk series of stamp sets from Pink Ink Designs. This playful fungi is such fun and is beautifully hand drawn. Perfect as it is, but there's lots of opportunity for you to add your own touch if you wish. He looks equally amazing with a simple wash of colour or with more intricate colouring, the choice is yours. He also comes with additional elements to build a fabulous scene. All of the Wee Folk Series work brilliantly together.
 
These stamps can be used with all sorts of medium including paper, card, mdf etc. Pink Ink Designs have their roots in stamping and painting on fabric which we love to do. We use Versacraft ink pads and Pink Ink Designs multisurface paint (available here). Both are permanent on fabric, when heat sealed with an iron (wash at 30°). We also spritz the fabric with water after stamping, before heat sealing, to create lovely watercolour background washes. Our Microfibre works particularly well for watercolour fabric painting/stamping. We have a video on Youtube showing this particular technique which you can view here.
