UK SHIPPING
On all standard UK deliveries, we use first class Royal Mail.
OVERSEAS SHIPPING
We regret that for all our overseas customers we will offer a 'tracked' postal option only, due to packages going missing. We are sorry for any inconvenience.
PROCESSING TIME
We despatch on Tuesdays and Fridays. Deadline for Tuesday despatch is 12pm Monday, deadline for Friday despatch is 12pm Thursday.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Just contact us within 14 days of delivery. Post items back to us within 30 days of delivery.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in it's original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
