Pink Ink Designs Stamp - Oyster Frills - Fungi

This Oyster Frills A6 stamp is part of the Wee Folk series of stamp sets from Pink Ink Designs. What a fabulous head of fanciful frills! He looks totally mesmerized by the caterpillar. Beautifully hand drawn and full of exquisite detail. He comes with additional elements for you to create a fun and charming project. All of the Wee Folk Series work brilliantly together.
 
These stamps can be used with all sorts of medium including paper, card, mdf etc. Pink Ink Designs have their roots in stamping and painting on fabric which we love to do. We use Versacraft ink pads and Pink Ink Designs multisurface paint (available here). Both are permanent on fabric, when heat sealed with an iron (wash at 30°). We also spritz the fabric with water after stamping, before heat sealing, to create lovely watercolour background washes. Our Microfibre works particularly well for watercolour fabric painting/stamping. We have a video on Youtube showing this particular technique which you can view here.
