Pink Ink Designs Stamp - The Singer

The Singer A6 stamp set is part of the Wee Folk series of stamps from Pink Ink Designs. The beautiful dragonfly is centre stage, dancing around, showing off his stunning colours. Not only is he holding the microphone but a couple of tambourines as well. A couple of caterpillars and a fern are included, all hand drawn, plus a ‘Life is a song sing it’ sentment.
 
These stamps can be used with all sorts of medium including paper, card, mdf etc. Pink Ink Designs have their roots in stamping and painting on fabric which we love to do. We use Versacraft ink pads and Pink Ink Designs multisurface paint (available here). Both are permanent on fabric, when heat sealed with an iron (wash at 30°). We also spritz the fabric with water after stamping, before heat sealing, to create lovely watercolour background washes. Our Microfibre works particularly well for watercolour fabric painting/stamping. We have a video on Youtube showing this particular technique which you can view here.
